Seminaria kontaktowe projektu ASEMUNDUS: Bangkok, 2-3.04.2012, Seul, 15-16.05.2012

W dniach 2-3 kwietnia  w Bangkoku (Tajlandia) oraz  w dniach 15-16 maja w Seulu organizowane są seminaria kontaktowe  w ramach projektu ASEMUNDUS, finansowanego z budżetu programu Erasmus Mundus.

 
Aby umożliwić  przedstawicielom europejskich uczelni udział w tych seminariach uruchomiony został konkurs wniosków umożliwiający uzyskanie częściowego dofinansowania do kosztów podróży i uczestnictwa w spotkaniu. Udział w seminariach powinien być związany z pracą nad opracowaniem projektu Akcji 1, 2 lub 3 w programie Erasmus Mundus do kolejnych konkursów wniosków - refundację kosztów udziału w seminarium otrzymają propozycje, które uzyskają akceptację komisji oceniającej zgłoszenia.

On April 2-3, 2012, and on May 15-16, 2012 a networking seminar on higher education cooperation will take place in Bangkok, Thailand and in Seoul, Korea, respectively. The seminar will provide a networking and matchmaking opportunity and promote joint study programmes between Europe and Asia. The seminar will gather European and Asian (Thai/Vietnamese/Malaysian/Singaporean or Korean/Japanese/Chinese) higher education representatives. European higher education representatives interested in a participation can receive financial support to cover travel and subsitence costs.

The EU-funded project "Euro-Asia.net" will financially support selected European higher education representatives to

participate in the networking seminar in Bangkok or Seoul with the aim to initiate contacts, search for appropriate Asian (Thai/Vietnamese/Malaysian/Singaporean or Korean/Japanese/Chinese) partners and possibly create a project consortium. A market place, organised at these seminars will allow participants to present project ideas and match with appropriate partners.

European university representatives can apply for cofunding of travel and subsistence costs. The maximum total amount eligible for funding is EUR 2.500 and it is important to note that 20% of the total amount have to be funded by the applicant's own ressources.

Applications need to present a convincing project plan on how to profit from participation in the seminar and initiate new European-Asian higher education cooperationprojects.
